Paula Broussard, Producer & Founder, has produced over 150 flash mobs since the founding of Dance Mob Nation in 2010. As a teen, she studied with dancers Roland Dupree, tap dance greats Fayard Nicholas and Gregory Hines, and later went on to perform in musical theater and worked in theatrical production. She spent several years in hospitality special events planning at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara where she helped to produce events for a variety of celebrity clients. As a journalist, her work appeared in such publications as Dance Magazine, Dance Teacher, Dance Spirit and L.A. Weekly. She is currently writing the authorized biography of the Nicholas Brothers dance team. As an actress, she has appeared in the films American Cowslip, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry and the TV shows My Name is Earl, Monk, The Riches and Two & a Half Men. She enjoys the fun diversity of flash mobs, the surprise factor that every performance brings, and the creativity of customizing each production.
